For this week I have chosen three tea candle holders my Father-in-Law once made. I never met my F-i-L as he passed away the same week my husband and I met 20+ years ago. My F-i-L actually passed away on Feb 29th and we lit a candle for him every last February, although the "right" day only occurs once every fourth year.

My Father-in-Law made a lot of things from birch bark and we have lamps, boxes/cans, a clock, a mirror frame etc etc. And the three "belts" for the glasses that holds these tea lights. Gives a lovely light through the holes - as well as lovely scent when using scented tea lights - or just warmth from them when it's a bit chilly. We don't have a fire place so we light a lot of tea lights instead.
